Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn footwear and all accessories, including detachable heels and soles, back into the original box to ensure a full refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
